The PerimeterCOMPS analysis is an in-depth study of recent sales around your home. You tell us how big and how old your home is and give us a hypothetical price—an assessed value, a listing price, or even just a guess. The analysis engine will then perform an exhaustive examination of area sales over the past five years and put together a market study detailing current prices and the changes in prices and sales volume in recent years. In addition, it will provide a detailed comparison of your home to the prices and characteristics of recently sold area homes at both the neighborhood and larger market levels.
